James Estes Miller, PT, DPT

| Dr. Miller is a graduate of Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. He received his post-professional doctorate from Northern Arizona University. He has practiced for 25+ years and has been in Scottsdale since 1983. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Arizona Physical Therapy Association and American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. He has served as district chairman and treasurer for the state chapter and six years as an Arizona Delegate to the National House of Delegate. On many occasions, he has served as a guest speaker at sponsored educational seminars. He is currently a clinical educator for doctoral interns from Northern Arizona University and A.T. Still University physical therapy programs. |

| Dr. Ullman has been with Miller Physical Therapy since 2003. Dr. Ullman is a partner of Miller Physical Therapy. He graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson and earned his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, Florida, a school with a strong orthopedic emphasis. He has completed all necessary courses to receive his Manual Therapy Certification. Dr. Ullman is a member of both the American Physical Therapy Association and Arizona Physical Therapy Association. He currently serves on the Federal Government Affairs Committee and is Treasurer of the Arizona Physical Therapy Association Political Action Committee. On a variety of occasions, he has served as a guest lecturer on numerous topics and has volunteered for many events benefitting charities within the community. Dr. Ullman is married and has a young daughter. |

Nicklaus E. Biederwolf, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

Dr. Biederwolf joined Miller Physical therapy in 2011. Dr. Biederwolf is a board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist as recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association, and is also a Fellowship trained orthopaedic manual physical therapist as recognized by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. He is also recognized as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse in 2004 and later earned his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia in 2008. His post-doctoral orthopaedic manual physical therapy fellowship was completed at Regis University in Denver, CO in December 2010. Dr. Biederwolf is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Arizona Physical Therapy Association, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
